Willow Coffins
These are all completely British in material and manufacture: many willow coffins on the market
today come from Eastern Europe, but these are made from willow grown in traditional willow beds in Somerset and woven by British
craftsmen. These coffins all come with a fitted cotton liner, and the cotton ties can either be visible on the outside, or tied
internally; they all have 6 strong twisted willow carrying handles; and all come in 2 styles: the traditional coffin shape, or the
curved end shape. They come in a variety of sizes, and a variety of colour choices (please note: the flowers are not included).
The standard willow coffin comes with a buff coloured background, in a traditional or curved end shape. You can choose the colour of the handles and banding from a wide selection (see colour chart), making a subtle yet significant statement:
